We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
• Personal care items (if opened), for hygiene reasons

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address
3. Securely package the item and send it back according to the instructions

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us. We’re happy to replace it at no additional cost.
